Meet the leader of our US branch, Chelsea Collonia. Chelsea has been a vital part of Delico Catering in the U.S. since 2018, but her connection to the company goes way deeper. As the daughter of Woody, our passionate CEO and founder (affectionately known as El Presidente), Chelsea grew up surrounded by the values that have shaped Delico’s success. Her first major tour with Beyoncé and Jay Z on the OTR II tour in 2018 helped launch Delico’s U.S. base in Charlotte, NC, where she’s been leading the charge ever since.
Under her leadership, Delico secured an exclusive partnership with LiveNation for two major venues in Charlotte—the PNC Music Pavilion and the Skyla Amphitheatre. This ongoing partnership, which began in 2019, has grown stronger every year. Additional to our loyal outdoor venues we have also been able to spread joy at other venues in and around North Carolina like the Spectrum Center and Bank of America Stadium, as well as traveling around NC and neighboring states.
Chelsea’s passion for both the music industry and Delico’s legacy are key to our continued success. Since establishing the local base in Charlotte, our American team has also been on tours like The Weeknd, Imagine Dragons, Kendrick Lamar, Madonna, Beyonce, and Justin Bieber. We have also traveled for shows such as Justin Timberlake, ACDC, Rolling Stones, Def Leppard, and P!nk. The list of clients is long and filled with the most-known names of the industry.
We couldn’t talk about our achievements in the US without mentioning Nicolai.
Nicolai Creatore, one of our top Chefs and Crew Chiefs. According to Chelsea, Delico’s US branch wouldn’t have started out as smoothly in the local side as it did. Working behind the scenes to perfect kitchen setups and logistics or ensuring a magical food experience for our clients. His tireless dedication has been a driving force in our success. Nicolai’s commitment and passion for the company’s mission show in everything he does, making him a key player in our team.
