Meet Oli, one of the essential members of our Delico family. Oli’s greatest asset is his ability to stay calm and collected, even in the most stressful situations. Raised in a family deeply rooted in gastronomy, Oli was introduced to the world of food and hospitality from a young age. After finishing school, he jumped straight into the industry, gaining experience across a variety of restaurants and hotels. It was during a festival, where he worked as kitchen help, that Oli met Team Delico. The connection was instant, and after a great time working together, they exchanged numbers and kept in touch.
Open-minded and always curious, Oli has had a few adventures that further honed his skills. He worked at an Alm in Austria, lending a hand in the kitchen, behind the bar, and as a waiter. The same year, he took on a role in Switzerland, working as a chef and bartender at a cozy mountain cabin during the ski season. These experiences shaped him, and he soon became a permanent member of Team Delico.
Working events is where he shines. To him, music is life, and there’s nothing quite like the energy of live music. Oli thrives when he’s around it, ensuring that every detail for our clients’ dressing rooms is taken care of with precision. While he’s usually front of house, making sure everything runs smoothly, his calm demeanor and adaptability make him an invaluable asset to our team.
